  • a. High Secondary exam (Old System) or high secondary school Certificate exam (10+2) Passed
  • b. Stenographer (Short hand) 100 WpM exam passed from recognise council / board polytechnic / ITI or equivalent in Madhya Pradesh
  • c. Must- Computer System Certification Exam passed with Hindi typing by science and technology department
  • d. Diploma certificate by DOEACC
    OR COPA(1 Year) certificate from recognize ITI
    OR modern office management course passed from recognize polytechnic / institute / college / University or ITI
    OR Computer Diploma from any recognize University of India
Assistant Sub Inspector (Secretarial)
  • a. Completed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognised board.
  • b. Must have cleared CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) with Hindi typing ability, as conducted by the Department of Science & Technology.
  • c. Possess B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT, or a Polytechnic diploma in the related stream approved by AICTE.
    OR Holds a diploma in Computer Applications from DOEACC OR
    One-year COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) certificate issued by a government-recognised ITI .
    OR Diploma or certificate in Modern Office Management from an accredited Polytechnic, University or ITI.
    OR Computer-related diploma or certificate offered by a UGC/AICTE recognised University

Selection Process

  1. Stage I: Online written test — Objective MCQ (Hindi) — duration 2 hours; maximum 100 marks; +1 for correct answer; no negative marking for un-attempted/wrong answers as specified.

    Sections include
    1. General Knowledge ( 40 Ques )
    2. Reasoning & Mental Ability ( 30 Ques ),
    3. Elementary Mathematics/Science ( 30 Ques )

    Candidates will be shortlisted for Stage II based on percentile/cut-offs (vertical reservations applied).
  2. Stage II: Document verification and a skill/technical test (typing/shorthand as applicable). A minimum qualifying percentage (30%) is required in the skill test.
  3. Final Selection: Based on aggregate of written + skill/technical marks as indicated in notification.
