What is the Admit Card and why it matters
The Admit Card is the official entry document issued by the examination authority. It contains your exam date, city and exact centre address, reporting time, roll number, and important instructions for the Computer Based Test (CBT). Without the admit card, entry into the exam centre will not be allowed.
Quick tip: Download the PDF copy, save it on your phone, and keep at least one printed copy. Carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, etc.) along with the admit card. Double-check the reporting time and plan your journey in advance to avoid delays.
Exam day checklist — printable
- Printed Admit Card (original) — mandatory
- Original Photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence)
- Passport-size photograph (same as uploaded)
- Face mask / sanitizer (if required by centre rules)
- Stationery only if allowed (follow admit card instructions)
- Travel plan & contact number of someone at home
Do not carry mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, calculators, smart watches or any prohibited items — these are commonly banned inside CBT centres.
