Step by Step Guide

Read full Official Notice published on SSC (HQ) and Delhi Police websites.
Create One-Time Registration (OTR) on new SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in) or use mySSC app.
Fill Online Application (upload live photograph via camera, signature JPEG 10–20 KB).
Pay fee online (if not exempt). Take printout after final submit.
Keep documents/certificates ready for PE&MT & Document Verification (originals required).

Scheme of Examination & Exam Pattern

Stage I: Computer Based Examination (CBE) — 100 marks, 90 minutes, Objective MCQ. Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer.
CBE Subject Breakdown (100 Q / 100 marks):
- General Awareness — 20 Q / 20 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude (basic) — 20 Q / 20 marks
- General Intelligence — 25 Q / 25 marks
- English Language (basic) — 25 Q / 25 marks
- Computer Fundamentals & MS Office basics — 10 Q / 10 marks
Stage II (Qualifying): Physical Endurance & Measurement Tests (PE&MT) — qualifying only (standards given by age/gender). Selected candidates from CBE (20x vacancies per category) will be called.
Stage III: Typing Test on Computer — 10 minutes; marks: up to 25 (counted in final merit). Minimum qualifying speed: English 30 wpm / Hindi 25 wpm. Marking scale (example): 30 wpm = 10 marks; >50 wpm = 25 marks.
Stage IV (Qualifying): Computer (Formatting) Test — MS-Word / PowerPoint / Excel tasks (qualifying; 10 minutes each). Candidates must score minimum to qualify.
Final Merit: Based on CBE (100) + Typing Test (25) + Incentive/bonus marks (if any). Reserve panel (15%) will also be prepared.
