Eligibility (Educational Qualification)

Office Assistant	Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline + proficiency in local language + computer knowledge
Officer Scale I	Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline + preference for Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy
Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer)	Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years experience as officer in a Bank/Financial Institution
Officer Scale II (Specialist Officers)	Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline + 1–2 years experience
Officer Scale III	Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline + 5 years experience as officer in a Bank/Financial Institution
