Selection Process & Exam Pattern
- Shortlisting → Written Test (CBT/PBT) → Document Verification → Interview (where applicable) → Final merit & offer.
- Written Test Pattern:

| Part-II (General Management Aptitude) | 25 marks — Reasoning, English, Numerical, Data Analysis |

| Interview (if applicable) | 15 marks |
- Qualifying marks: UR/EWS — 50% in written; SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD — 45% in written. Shortlist ratio may be up to 1:5 for DV/Interview.
Emoluments, Security Deposit & Place of Posting
- During Training: Basic ₹40,000/month (Pay scale ₹40,000–3%–140,000, E-1). Annual CTC ≈ ₹11.65 lakhs.
- On Absorption: Assistant Manager (E-1) CTC ≈ ₹15.40 lakhs (one increment on absorption).
- Security Deposit: 20% of Basic+DA (deducted monthly, refundable after 3 years).
- Place of Posting: GSL / units / project sites (Goa & elsewhere). May include on-board posting.
