The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has released the notification for the INI-CET (Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test) for the January 2026 session. This entrance exam is conducted for admission to various PG/Doctoral courses including MD, MS, M.Ch (6 years), DM (6 years), MDS, and MHA. The examination is scheduled for 09 November 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess an MBBS Degree (or equivalent) from a recognized University/Institute.
Internship: Must complete the mandatory 12-month rotating internship by 30 January 2026.
Minimum Marks:
- UR/OBC/EWS: 55% aggregate in MBBS.
- SC/ST: 50% aggregate in MBBS.

Reservation & Certificate Important Instructions

OBC (NCL) Certificate: The caste certificate must conform to the format as per the DoP&T Office Memorandum No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res.) dated 30.05.2014. It must be issued between 01 April 2025 and 21 October 2025.
EWS Certificate: The EWS certificate must be valid for the financial year 2025-2026 and must also be issued between 01 April 2025 and 21 October 2025.
Validity Date: Any certificate (OBC/EWS) issued after the last date of application, 21.10.2025, will not be considered valid.
